User Error Policy

At Marviano, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.

Address & Order Errors

    •    Incorrect Shipping Address: If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout, Marviano is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages. We are unable to make changes once an order has been processed. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

    •    Wrong Item Selection: Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify item selections, quantities, or shades. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Due to our commitment to fast processing and shipping, Marviano cannot guarantee order cancellations or adjustments after checkout. If you realize an error, please contact us immediately at Marvianothebrand@gmail.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed.
