SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! Below is all the information you need about our shipping process:  

Processing Time

-Pre-orders require a minimum of 3-4 weeks for preparation before shipping. Once processed, a tracking number will be provided via email.

- All regular orders take 2-3 weeks  to process and prepare for shipment.  

- Once your order is ready, we drop it off at the post office every Monday & Friday.  

Shipping Time 

- After your order is shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. However, orders within the us tend to take 5-7 business days.

- You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped so you can monitor its journey.  

Shipping Rates  

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.  

Delays

- Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience!  

Address Issues  

- Double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

NOTE: Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its delivery status or any lost/stolen packages marked as delivered. Any delivery issues should be resolved directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
